How many of you guys in Jersey use modified? I got mixed results when asking around. I always use it, I'm in a mostly clay area.

We did a job last year in Lewes DE, all sand excavation, the place was right on the bay....lunch in the gazeebo everday looking over the water. I left that job saying, the same things as you. I am still up north though. In research I have found it is tough to advertise in beach areas unless your trucks are there all summer. Try sending mailers to vacation homes, it won't work, or even if you track down the real addresses it is tough to sell someone from NY a paver driveway in OC.
