The TV watcher has to be the most disrespectful of all. I ran into this last spring. I agreed to go out and see this guys place during a heavy rain so I can see his drainage problem. This lazy SOB laid on his couch and wouldn't even look me in the eye when I talked to him. I told them to hire an engineer for a drainage plan and call me when they were ready to do the job.
