How can you lift weights listening to Tony Robbins? "Now Glenn, imagine my giant head is a medecine ball...now LIFT! YOU CAN DO IT!"

I'm either listening to hard rock, or a game on the radio while lifting...

The book I just picked up is "Getting Things Done". It's upstairs and I'm too lazy to go get it, but I think the author is David Allen. He's managed to write 260 pages about how to organize one's work/home life all in a very detailed filing system. His writing is somewhat repetitive (260 pages!), but I'm a procrastinator by nature and organization/time management is probably my weakest skill, so I'm hoping this book will help.
