I might be in over my head but I want to try. A potential customer has a lawn that needs help. First off, its a sodded lawn that is established for 2 years but was eaten by patch disease. I have measured aprox 3000 sq ft of overseeding. It is a 20,000 total sq ft lawn with aprox 8K (front) sodded. He has recently added a sprinkler system. I need some help with the dirt.

The second part that kind of puzzles me is that he has a section of lawn next to his driveway that has sunk. it measures aprox 55 x 5 so lets go with an even 300 sq ft.
I was planning to cut the sod out next to the drive and add black dirt. As it sits now it is 2" low. After the sod goes it may be 4" low.
I am not sure how much dirt to have trucked in to A. raise the grade and B. to use for overseeding.

I didn't bid yet but this is what I was thinking.

seed Elite blend Ky 80/20 1.49# x 25# =37.35
1 yard dirt picked up = 15.00 x 5 yards(?)= 60.00
1 bail straw 4.00 x 4 = 16.00
sod cutter rent = 35.00/4 hours
wb dethatcher rent = 35.00/4 hours.
I may be wrong in doing this but if you have a better suggestion I am all "eyes".
I am a newbie at doing the overseed and regrading and would appreciate any and all suggestions. I was gonna charge him 375.00 but I think I am missing something.
