Trust me on this one. If the rath of this forum came down upon ASV for thier lack of responsiblity, and ineffective manufature of a machine that is marketed heavily in this country, they will act. See, when you are where you are, it is one thing. When 10 others with company letterhead write from around the nation and express thier concerns about why they are not responding to your machines issues, they will open thier eyes and something will get done.
The only thing that you need be is 100% factual, and accurate on every single claim you make, and that those of us who would participate in writing stick to the facts. If you can provide accurate documentation I am willing to model a letter, and, if some would care to participate in the campaigne, you will get results.
As a Cat stock holder, Cat user, and ASV owner, it sickens me to think that your issue could have been mine, or for that matter anyone elses.
We have effectively written against John Deere and Scag when they chose to ignore a product owners claims.
You can choose to be two things. A person who does, or a person who gripes about doing. WE all can be a part of changing how this industry looks at end users, as the service end of equipment is very lacking because the industry is so segmented.
So, I would suggest letting us have a crack at it or loosing that machine.
